We are seeking a PHARMACIST in Antigo, WI at Aspirus Langlade Hospital who is responsible for compounding and dispensing medications and other pharmaceutical supplies using standard physical and chemical procedures to fill written medication orders issued by physicians and other qualified prescribers. Reports directly to the Pharmacy Manager. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS Graduation from a School of Pharmacy. Will#consider a new graduate eligible# LICENSURE Current Wisconsin Licensure as a Registered Pharmacist required. Hours: .8 full-time, 64 hours every 2. Monday # Friday day shift. Will also rotate every 4th weekend and work 1-2 holidays per year.## Aspirus Langlade Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital located in Antigo, Wisconsin. The hospital admits 1,300 inpatients annually with 62,000 outpatient visits each year. The Emergency Department has more than 12,000 patient visits each year. We average 180-200 births per year and perform 1,500 surgeries annually. The hospital holds The Joint Commission-National Quality Gold Seal Approval.
