Description
Qualifications:
+ Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
+ North Carolina pharmacist license
JOB SUMMARY:
Fill orders for parenteral and enteral medications, monitor drug therapies, drug information, and to render other pharmaceutical services, such as preparation of antineoplastic agents to infants (0-1 year), pediatric (1-12 years), adolescence (13-18 years), adult (19-69 years), geriatric (>70 years) and other hospital departments as needed for adequate patient care. Supervise and direct support personnel.
WORK SCHEDULES:
Minimum of 40 hours weekly, but hours may be long and irregular, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary. Will be involved in after-hour on-call rotations.
