This position offers an optional $10,000.00 award for a 3 year commitment to FHN.
SUMMARY:
Coordinates the dispensing of prescribed pharmaceuticals to designated patients and areas within FHN Memorial Hospital. Utilizes delegation, critical thinking, and problem solving skills to provide clinical pharmacotherapy support to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Graduation from an accredited University Pharmacy program and Illinois licensure/license eligible required. Hospital pharmacy and CPOE experience preferred; Must have excellent customer service and clinical skills and be able to effectively work within a diverse team dynamic (pharmacy, physicians, nursing, etc).
