JOB SUMMARY AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:# Provides clinical services which include drug information, drug therapy review and evaluation regarding medications, drugs and other pharmaceuticals to medical/hospital staff.# Performs functions and activities of staff pharmacist as needed. JOB REQUIREMENTS: # EDUCATION:# Pharm D from an accredited school of Pharmacy and the successful completion of an approved Pharmacy Resident Program.# Qualified by education, training or experience to work with the neonate, infant, adolescent, adult, and/or geriatric patient population as specialty assignment dictates. # EXPERIENCE:# LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION:# Tennessee Licensure as a Pharmacist.# Additional certification may be required based on area of assignment.
