Summary:
Dispenses medications and pharmaceutical supplies, maintains records of controlled substances, and provides drug information to customers. Provides development and direction of Medication Therapy Management, Medical Assistance Clinical Programming. Medicare Part D and Senior Care Intervention Programming.
Responsibilities:
* Bachelor's degree in pharmacy required.
* Current licensor as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Wisconsin required.
* Working knowledge of clinical intervention programming either through training or on the job experience of a minimum of three to five years.
* CPR certification required. Good communication, organizational, and customer service skills required.
