An acute care hospital in central California is looking for an Inpatient Pharmacist. The Inpatient Pharmacist will work a convenient schedule with rotating on-call responsibilities that are shared with a team-oriented group of Pharmacists.
This area is known for its incredible year-round weather and temperate winters. This busy hospital is a Level IV Trauma Center, has advanced Women's and Children's Services, a NICU, an advance Total Joint Institute, Cardiac Cath Lab, Surgical
Services, Psych Services, Wound Care and traditional inpatient and ICU units.
The Inpatient Hospital Pharmacist will be supported with a $10,000 sign on bonus depending on experience.
The Acute Care Hospital Pharmacist will review and interpret each medication order to ensure the safety, effectiveness and costs to the patient. The Pharmacist will use practical and clinical experience to provide care in a patient-oriented manner. Compounds and medication will be dispensed with pharmaceutical recommendations in accordance to best practices.
