Description:
This position provides pharmaceutical care services to all patients of the hospital including, but not limited to, oversight, monitoring, preparation, dispensing and proper documentation of patient medication therapy as well as providing drug information and oversight over information and dispensing systems. Pharmacists will work with the pharmacy team to ensure compliance with Federal, State and local laws and reguations, as well as proper storage and documentation of pharmaceuticals. This position supervises and directs support personnel. In the absence of a pharmacy manager, this position may be required to assume some of the essential responsibilities and duties of the manager.

Minimum Education:
Preferred: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)

Required: Less than one year of previous job-related experience
Preferred: 1-2 years of previous job-related experience

ACLS (Advanced Cardio Life Support Certified)
Registered Pharmacist
