Our large pharmaceutical client has engaged us to find a Sales Alignment & Data Operations Manager. The Manager, Dynamic Engagement Plan Operations role is responsible for supporting the end-to-end operations, processing, and analytics for the Dynamic Engagement Plan.

Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include creation and maintenance of the Sales Operations calendar.

Collection, assembly, and communication of Targeting requirements.

Facilitate all file and info exchanges between vendor and internal teams - Vendor, Machine Learning Operations, Commercial Optimization and Deployment , Field Operations and CRM.

Consolidate all feedback from field/internal teams related to Targeting processing and enhancements - schedule standing meetings, assist with facilitation and update the trackers.

Serve as a liaison between the internal teams for issue resolution/escalation and second level triaging of Sales Operations and Targeting-related questions.

Coordinate QC meetings and validation of the monthly Targeting summaries provided by Machine Learning Operations team in preparation for field release.

Coordinate with CRM and Field Reporting to ensure that changes to strategy requiring new data or metrics are reflected in front end Veeva and field reporting platforms.

Work with Sales Learning & Development to develop and deliver training to the field sales representatives.

Manage FAQ and other DEP deliverables. Set up and update trackers at the trigger governance meetings.

Requirements

Qualifications

Education:

BA/BS required

3-5 years of Pharmaceutical or Medical Device experience.

Experience with syndicated data sources, such as IQVIA, and with the pharmaceutical sales process.

Highly skilled in MS Office. Vendor management experience is required. Analytical skills are required

Experience and Skills:Required:

3-5 years of Pharmaceutical or Medical Device experience.

Vendor management experience is required.

Preferred: Pharmaceutical exposure in at least two of the four functional areas: Incentive Compensation, Field Reporting, Call Plan & Alignments, or Syndicated Pharmaceutical Data.

Knowledge of data training methodologies preferred.

Experience working across a matrix organization including Sales & IT preferred.

Other:Some domestic travel may be necessary; Travel 15%
