Senior-Level Position based out of US Job Description : Basic Function: Aligned Automation seeks an experienced business leader who is passionate about driving the digital services strategy, development, and sustainment for the next generation of manufacturing offerings. As the Manufacturing Offering Development Leader, you will take the lead on integrating product capabilities and people-based services into data-enabled offerings. You will be responsible for job functions including, but not limited to, the following: Lead development of: Manufacturing solution suite definition and management while empowering the company to sell and deliver People-based service offerings Key commercialization constructs, including a collection of voice-of-the-customer data, development of marketing strategies, and deal structuring Sales origination, enablement, and thought leadership Integrate practice leads and development teams to shape the features and capability of the assets Key outcomes of this role include: A suite of value-add-services enabled by data, software, processes, and people services that generate benefits for our clients and increase revenue for Aligned Automation Aligned Automation IP that is clearly differentiated in the market Here’s what you will need: Expertise with key commercialization constructs, including a collection of voice-of-the-customer data, development of marketing strategies, and deal structuring 10+ years of relevant, progressively advancing experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred Demonstrated knowledge in high-growth business models/constructs, sales enablement, and both the management consulting and technology industries Strong business acumen including working experience in business strategy and project management with an unyielding focus on quality results (analyses and deliverables) Proven ability to successfully partner with all levels within the firm, including internal senior stakeholders from various parts of the organization (e.g., Product/Offering Leadership, Partnerships, etc.), with varying degrees of technical aptitude, and drive successful outcomes cross-functionally Ability to absorb and recollect a large amount of detail while displaying outstanding verbal communications skills in order to convey complex business issues and/or industry trends in a clear, concise, and impactful style Ability to effectively manage teams to achieve defined goals, including the ability to manage competing priorities across a matrixed group of stakeholders Team player with a "customer-focused" mentality and the ability to manage competing priorities across a matrixed group of stakeholders Exceptional storyboarding and PowerPoint skills Successful operating in an unstructured environment Open to travel as needed (up to 10%) About The Job A ‘Better Together’ philosophy towards building a better world Aligned Automation is a strategic service provider that partners with Fortune 500 leaders to digitize enterprise operations and enable business strategies.
