A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PHARMACEUTICAL PROJECT MANAGER

As a Pharmaceutical Project Manager, you facilitate and lead all areas of a project from start to completion. As the primary contact for a project/ client, you provide leadership and guidance to both the client and the internal team. Confirming expectations with internal and external stakeholders, you determine the scope, develop work plans and create schedules to ensure project milestones and client expectations are met. You host project kick-off meetings and coordinate ongoing project meetings as well as serve as a liaison for all other project-related communications.

You manage project schedules and prepare management reports to summarize project performance. Leverage your organizational skills to effectively execute in a fast-paced, high volume environment.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PHARMACEUTICAL PROJECT MANAGER

  • Experience at a pharmaceutical or medical device organization
  • Understanding of CMC-regulated environments

Work experience at a contract manufacturing organization (CMO) or a contract research organization (CRO) is preferred but multiple factors will be taken into consideration. WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time project management position with our company typically works Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Remote work and flexible scheduling are available. Ability to commute to the Irvine area on an as needed basis.
