Our client is a pharmaceutical logistics company based in the northern suburbs of Chicago. The company is a highly regarded company with a 4.0 Glassdoor rating and is growing FAST.
This opening is due to huge growth. The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Role:
- Individual contributor role, work on a team of 5-10 other reps.
- $45k-$55k base plus commission, commensurate with your current success. Good reps at the company are making $80-$100k
- You have a strong desire to be a part of building something special!
Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities for pharmacies through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Lead qualification is 80% outbound and 20% inbound through ABM and the marketing team.
- Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
- Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
- Book 10 new appointments per month.
- 2-3 days MUST be in the office in Libertyville and 2-3 days per week will be remote.
- Flexible hours depending on territory.
Qualifications:
- Entry-level, could be anywhere from 1-3 years of sales experience
- Must be coachable and looking to learn, motivated above anything else.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
