Description
We are seeking an experienced sales and marketing professional to assist with accelerating our growth and increasing visibility of our clinical trial services to pharmaceutical and related companies. We prefer an outgoing, goal-oriented individual with a can-do attitude in developing value with superior service for each customer. Our leadership team will support and assist you - as you will interact with prospective and existing clients to ensure that solutions are tailored to the needs of the client.
Responsibilities
- Generate and cultivate leads by researching accounts
- Use written and oral communication skills to articulate the company's value proposition to decision-makers to assess buying interest. Identify key solutions and make recommendations regarding prospects/clients' needs
- Support and leverage existing business relationships
- Procure presentation opportunities
- Work closely with management on strategic/marketing plan for inbound lead generation
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree.
- Sales Experience - A minimum of two years
- Medical science - Health care service, pharmaceutical, public health experience or education is preferred
- Exceptional analytical, documentation, organizational, and written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, SalesForce/ACT!, Webinar software
The compensation package includes a base salary (up to $45,000), plus commission. We offer our employees medical insurance, PTO, and paid holidays and a profit sharing plan.
