Data Analyst 3 Months With Possibility Of Extension | Plainsboro New Jersey 08536 | Hybrid Role Job Description: - Provide analytical support by proactively monitoring business developments and market trends, research, project
- coordination, and maintaining related tools and systems required Develop, refine and update
- quantitative tracking models and systems, along with documented supporting assumptions. Develop communications materials
- including slides and reports reflecting clear and concise conclusions and recommendations for key stakeholders.
- Proactively support brand team in developing strategic vision via in-depth portfolio and brand-specific market analyses.
- Provide support to strategic insights into the understanding of channel performance, pull-through, as well as ability to triangulate
- multiple sources to develop innovative solutions to complex, unstructured problems with limited guidance.
- Provide primary market research support via tactical execution and management of driving holistic insights generation
- inclusive of guidance on recruitment strategies, identification and complementing business gaps, ensuring efficiencies through
- specific market research projects and internal processes related to market understanding. Helps senior market researchers
- provide strategic and tactical guidance to all levels of brand management and other functional areas via primary and
- secondary research.
The target compensation for this role is between $45.00- $50.00 per hour. Actual compensation may vary, depending on an individual's experience, qualifications, and location.
Job Requirements: Qualification - Bachelor 's degree required with a focus in Business, Math, Science, or Engineering preferred
- MBA or advanced degree a plus
- A minimum of 3 -years of pharmaceutical industry analytics experience required
- Experience with patient longitudinal data and/or other secondary industry sources required
- Experience/working knowledge of different tools such as Tableau and/or Alteryx and/or R required
