We are looking for someone with a steady work history that likes to multitask to join our team.
In this role you will be answering and making calls, emails and chats about medication- regarding side effects, financial assistance, updates and much more. You could speak with patients or providers during the day.
We service our client Monday thru Sunday from 8a est to midnight est.
* You will need to be open to any schedule during this time although you will get a set schedule based on business needs after training
* This position is remote but you will need to be close to the location in Boca Raton
Training hours are m-f day shift
Pay is up to $15 based on experience
To be successful in this role you will:
* Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education
* 18+ years of age
* Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
* Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test
* Have prior customer service work experience and a STEADY work history
