Description
The Pharmacy Resident Post Graduate Year 2 shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying, and resolving drug related issues to assure patient safety, improve patient satisfaction, and minimize cost. The 12 month program is designed to provide advanced clinical training in the specific specialty area of pharmacy practice (i.e. pediatrics).
