We are seeking a Payroll Administrator for our Payroll Team located in Wilmington, MA


The Payroll Administrator will perform all activities necessary to process the North America payrolls by: 

  • Analyze, audit, reconcile, and resolve payroll processing and employee records to ensure smooth payroll processing
  • Ensure accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings and deductions
  • Work closely with Payroll Manager and Supervisor to ensure that policies, procedures, and controls are maintained
  • Set up and maintain a variety of payroll records, ledgers and files
  • Process direct deposits, W-4s, garnishment and support orders
  • Produce records and data as requested by the Payroll Manager or Supervisor
  • Balance taxable benefits as necessary


The following are minimum requirements related to the Payroll Administrator position.

  • Associate’s degree (A.A. /A.S.) or equivalent in Accounting or related discipline.
  • Minimum three years related experience.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
  • Proficient with desktop office software.

They partner with their colleagues across the company to develop and drive strategies and to set global standards. The functions are essential to providing a bridge between strategic vision and operational readiness, to ensure ongoing functional innovation and capability improvement.
