To help us meet our ambitions and provide the best solutions to patients, UCB is currently seeking a talented individual as Psoriasis (PsO) Patient Marketing Lead, Immunology at our US Headquarters in suburban Atlanta, Georgia


Specific responsibilities for this position include:

  •  Creates patient marketing strategy with the optimal combination of messages, education, and support through the channels that best connect with the PsO patient audience.
  • Design, develop and execute acquisition and conversion programs that drive brand awareness and brand request with PsO patients based on deep understanding of patient journey and behavior. 
  • Drive input to the design and implementation of new programs; bring innovative thinking with practical ways to deliver service offerings for patients
  • Leads development and evolution of core creative / messaging and marketing campaign
  • Demonstrates passion for understanding patient needs and insights, and the role of patient communications and support as a critical part of the overall brand communication and marketing mix strategy
  • Develop patient segmentation model and profiles that guides activities
  • Develop key metrics to assess value of programs and measure success thru analytics.  Measures, evaluates and adapts activities based on ongoing learning and assessment
  • Serve as acquisition and conversion program expert to internal stakeholders.  Collaborates with Global on critical brand issues and aligns as appropriate to the short and long-term worldwide franchise strategy
  • Leads external agency relationships to ensure alignment to strategy and delivery of programs in a timely and compliant manner.  Manages KPIs, contractual SLAs and quality standards
  • Best practice sharing across internal teams for acquisition and conversion efforts 


Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Marketing, ideally focused in the area of patient marketing
  • Developed new campaigns and patient strategies through all stages from concept to implementation
  • Knows how to be a team player and willing to work collaboratively across the organization.  Demonstrated success in delivering results through collaboration
  • Experience launching new indications in a competitive market.  Strong understanding of immunology landscape and market dynamics
  • Communicates clearly, concisely, and is easily understood in written materials and presentations
