Description:

We are seeking a pharmacist with Oncology/Outpatient IV experience. This individual will be working with our affiliate, OSU The James. The position is day shift Monday - Friday.

In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors the Patient Care Pharmacist, within the scope of the Ohio Pharmacist Practice Act, will provide timely, accurate and cost effective pharmaceutical care.

Responsibilities

* Creates a caring and healing environment that keeps the patient and family at the center of care throughout their experience at Mount Carmel following the principles of our interdisciplinary care delivery system.
* Ensures an environment of patient safety, promotes evidence-based practice and quality initiatives and exhibits professionalism

Requirements/Qualifications

* Bachelor or Doctor of Pharmacy required
* Current license to practice as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Ohio
