PRIMARY PURPOSE Responsible for providing in-service, new hire and continuing education programs for further development of patient access center staff and leadership. MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS Education: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

 

Experience:

 

Two (2) years of training experience (Coordinator, Trainer, Facilitator or similar role). - Experience in an administrative or call center environment. - Prefer healthcare experience. Equivalent Education and/or Experience: - May have an equivalent combination of education and experience to substitute for both the education and the experience requirements.

 

Certification/Registration/Licensure: - None.

 

Skills or Special Abilities: - Must demonstrate excellent training and productivity skills with an emphasis on concepts including relevant technologies, methods and tools. - Must be analytical, fact based, and creative and able to effectively deliver presentations and training programs, both classroom and possibly via WebEx. - Must possess advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments as needed. - Must possess excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing; be able present complex information to a variety of audiences and all levels of Parkland staff. - Must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of PCs to include word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software. - Must demonstrate strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. - Must demonstrate integrity in providing feedback relative to employee training performance. - Must demonstrate knowledge of basic training delivery models such as ADDIE - Experience with e-learning platforms is a plus.
