Job Summary

Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, Licensed Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist, assumes responsibility for the collection of data related to patient status, performance of basic nursing procedures and therapeutic exercises, on-going collection and documentation of patient data; assistance with treatments and procedures and assistance with maintenance of patient care equipment.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities

This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.

Minimum Education

High School diploma or equivalent - High school graduate or equivalent

Minimum Experience

1 year - Working as a CNA

Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses

CNA - NURSING ASSISTANT - NCNA

SCDL - SC DRIVERS LICENSE - LSCD

Specific Acceptable Credentials (if applicable)

"You can use a valid driver's license issued by the state from which you moved for 90 days, after which time you must surrender it and obtain a South Carolina driver license."
