Full time Nurse Practitioner opportunity with CFM Wytheville. Will work in the Walk-in Clinic and provide chronic care in a rotating schedule. Monday-Friday, hours between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Mon - Thur 5:00-7:30pm.

The Nurse Practitioner is a member of a collaborative health care team whose advanced knowledge and skills qualify her/him to function as a primary health care provider. This collaborative role includes responsibility for determining the patient's health and medical status by taking a health history, performing physical exams, initiating screening and diagnostic procedures, providing health maintenance services, and management of pregnancy, minor trauma, acute illnesses, and stable chronic illness.
