Multi Channel Management Senior Consultant 




The primary responsibilities of this role, Multi-Channel Management Senior Consultant, are to: 


  • Consult & recommend protocols to keep information, functionality and design fresh and current for all multi-channel solutions;
  • Be a driver for the design of customer experience journeys; leverage master journeys as templates;
  • Be the single point of contact across channels and portfolios;
  • Provide ongoing strategic advisory services and expertise with the adoption of platforms; ensure countries stay current;
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships;
  • Be a role model for the test and learn framework embedded as part of multi-channel execution to ensure continuous improvement and new learnings with the expectation to drive new business decisions;
  • Actively engage in the innovation community to foster new ideas and experimentation.




Your success will be driven by your demonstration of our LIFE values.  More specifically related to this position, Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree with ten (10) or more years of experience OR Master's degree with eight (8) years OR Doctorate with one (1) or more years OR eight (8) or more years of applicable business experience;
  • At least one cross-organizational assignment;
  • Knowledge/experience of integrating multi-channel platforms into Strategic Planning/Marketing Excellence Framework;
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of applying best practices with key multi-channel frameworks, tools, platforms and/or processes;
  • Possess strong understanding of digital operations and delivery, confidence with working with data, testing methodology, analyzing results and understanding key drivers of performance;
  • Conceptual knowledge of IT and understand all aspects of the project life cycle, including adherence to IT development standards;
  • Be flexible, self-motivated and possess the ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced working environment;
  • Demonstrate effective communication and negotiation skills through articulating concepts and ideas;
  • Be diplomatic, persuasive and be able to establish a rapport with all levels of the organization, both internal to Bayer, as well as externally;
  • Demonstrate an interest in and show evidence of broadening his/her knowledge base beyond current assigned area of responsibility;
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Full knowledge of the legal, medical and regulatory process and requirements, as it relates to digital implementation, specifically in regards to minimizing risk;
  • Agency / Marketing / IT background.
