 Understand strategic and clinic priorities in order to support the development of  measurement tools and understand the decisions to be made on the measurement results.

 

 Works collaboratively with colleagues (eg Reporting Analysts and clients) to identify optimal data sources and reporting procedures

 

Supports appropriate analysis to measure performance and improvement

 

 Supports Management and Medical Staff with the measurement and evaluation of performance on key goals

 

 Understands the goals of the ‘client’ and how those goals fit within the organization

 

 Assists the ‘client’ in determining necessary data and available data sources

Minimum Qualifications

Education: BA/BS required in a program which included data analysis, statistics, and measurement.  (Business, Psychology, Economics) or combination of education and relevant experience totally a minimum of eight years.

Experience:

  • 3 years of work using analytic and or statistical methodology

 

  • 2 years of healthcare experience or work in the healthcare field preferred.

 

Other Minimum Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills . Candidate must have a working knowledge of  data analysis and statistics including:

  • Descriptive statistics
  • Graphical display
  • Computer technology,
    • Basics of operating systems and Internet functionality
  • Basics of report writers
  • Significant experience with analytic and graphical software (eg, Excel)
