The Marketing Analyst is responsible for implementing, executing and managing integrated marketing campaigns to increase market share, retention and growth. The role includes a variety of inbound marketing tactical tasks, such as the creation and implementation of monthly campaign calendars, RFP support, and managing and supporting multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously including program launches, enhancements and managing and prioritizing marketing request.

Responsible for managing and execution inbound marketing automation efforts (i.e. HubSpot). The role spans many activities from strategic to tactical and provides important cross-functional leadership.


Essential job functions:


  • Coordinates marketing support for LTC, I/IDD and Senior Living Operations
  • HubSpot Administrator responsible for developing monthly campaign calendar, updates and execution
  • Collateral production and development to include producing lead generation materials, data sheets, website content, email templates and case studies, etc.
  • Managing all marketing requests and fulfillment; provides administrative marketing support and coordination
  • Responsible for vendor management, support and fulfillment
  • Assist with Power Point Presentation development
  • Front Line Sales, Field & Account Management marketing support
  • Managing, updating and tracking the RFP and proposal development process, creating content library of product/service information to ensure a consistent and competitive overview of core services delivered to prospective and existing clients
  • Execute and drive sales opportunities through lead generation programs in conjunction with inside sales, sales, account management, clinical operations and field support
  • Develop monthly reporting, tracking, interpreting of all metrics to include ROI of campaigns and lead generation process  
  • Ensures the integrity of authorized external communications including proposals and responses for proposals (RFPs), sales and marketing materials, product training materials, and the company website
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.

Education/Learning Experience

  • Required:  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Desired: Master’s Degree in business related concentration

Work Experience

  • Required: 3+ years’ experience in a marketing or marketing related field, with project management experience. 
  • Previous experience in marketing role of a nationwide company, preferably in healthcare. 
  • Desired Demonstrated ability to budget and forecast.
  • Experience with Inbound Campaigns (HubSpot)
  • Strong PowerPoint experience and creative skills
  • Strong analytical and measurement skills and knowledge of databases
  • Ability to work and manage multiple projects with key stakeholders across the enterprise to meet multiple deadlines
  • Experience in managing multiple media calendars


  • Required:  Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders; ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to prioritize accordingly; competency in commonly used Microsoft Office suite of software including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and related systems including SharePoint and CRM applications.
  • Required: Capacity and desire to work independently without regular supervision pursuing tasks with the intent to exceed expectations. 
  • Desired:  Preference for work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and attention to detail is critical to success.  Ability to manage multiple tasks at once while completing them according to deadline.
