Essential Functions:

  • Acts as the product liaison between, stakeholders, including sponsors, marketing and sales teams and support teams.
  • Defines, analyzes and documents current and future product life cycles, product workflows; performs and documents gap analysis between the current and future states.
  • Prepare, analyze, and disseminate data-drive ROI reports to drive product adoption and product life-cycle.
  • Understands and documents accurate, traceable and testable business requirements and functional specifications; manages document changes.
  • Manages meetings and work sessions with all levels of a project team, including management and other team members.
  • Assists in the continuous improvement of company methodologies and procedures. 
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/Learning Experience:

  • Required:  Computer Science, Business or related education
  • Desired:  Formal Business Analysis, Work Flow analysis, Project Management background

Work Experience:

  • Required:  Demonstrated work experience in business analysis to include elicitation of requirements, document management, requirements traceability, Use Case development and translating high level requirements into functional specifications. Defining business problem, scope of work effort and associated  measurable success criteria
  • Desired:  Project experience related to Long Term Care.


  • Required:  Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Desired:   Knowledge / Use of query tools
  • Desired:   CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), Lean Six Sigma certification
