You will work with multiple businesses, products, technologies and challenges. You will closely collaborate with subject matter experts, product specialist, operations, quality, engineering and development to ensure completeness and efficiency of solutions while ensuring adherence to or developing technical standards.

The position will also play a critical role partnering with other delivery teams and organizations to meet implementation dates and allow smooth transition throughout the development life-cycle. You may support multiple projects in various stages of progress. The primary responsibility of this position is to manage and meet internal expectations and to deliver on-time, on-budget projects with high-impact deliverables.

The candidate must demonstrate leadership qualities, including conflict and issue resolution, and have the ability to work logically and systematically, with good time management. The candidate must also have superior problem-solving and decision-making skills. The successful candidate will have a measurements/inspection, process controls, process or other manufacturing systems background, preferably with a thorough knowledge in measurement systems or process controls. A plus, not a requirement, is project management experience utilizing modern process controls including multivariate systems or data analytics.  



  • The primary responsibility of this position is to manage and meet project expectations, deliver on-time, on-budget projects with high-impact deliverables.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Define and implement project plans through requirements gathering, project planning, cost and benefit analysis, execution and closeout.
  • Develop appropriation requests and drive them through the organization.
  • Provide hands-on project management and actively manage the project plan, deliverables, dependencies and outcome of assigned projects to ensure projects are on-schedule and on-budget.
  • Resource Coordination and Management: Assemble project resources to meet project requirements. Set expectations and manage the project team against the project plan. Manage vendors, suppliers and integrators to deliver a scope of supply to budget and schedule constraints.
  • Risk: Define and mitigate overall project risk through interaction with the project team and stakeholders. Bring an awareness of safety, environmental and other related regulations.
  • Internal and External Reporting: Keep internal stakeholders informed of project activities and deliverables, as well as risk and mitigation strategies.
  • Opportunity Identification: Meet with plant and division leaders to identify process control opportunities within the organizations and develop projects to fulfill those needs.

Required Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline.

10 years’ experience showing increasing technical leadership and project management responsibility.

  • Ability to manage key stakeholder interests, while at the same time managing conflicting priorities and business interests.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills plus the ability to think laterally while offering creative solutions.
  • IT literacy and the ability to handle electronic data.
  • Flexibility and the ability to manage change.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Proactive with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand corporate culture and organizational awareness.


Required Skills:

  • Management experience in manufacturing systems based projects such as measurements/inspection systems, process controls or manufacturing process related technologies.
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Interact effectively with staff, vendors and contractors.



  • Must be able to travel globally. Travel approximately 25%.
