OverviewEXL Health is looking for a Mailroom Clerk - Pharmacy for our Pittsburgh, PA location. The Mailroom Clerk for Pharmacy supports all pre and post audit functions for all client programs related to mail only. Primacy responsibilities are to receive hard copy responses from Pharmacy providers via US Mail, Fed Ex, and UPS and scan these communications and records into the EXL audit system. There will also be handling of electronic mail and electronic faxes via Microsoft Outlook. Please visit for more information about EXL Analytics.ResponsibilitiesEnsure prescription record requests, received physically from Pharmacy providers via US Mail, Fed Ex, or UPS are scanned into the EXL Pharmacy audit system daily according to department procedures.Handle electronic email and fax audit record requests using Microsoft Outlook, scanning records received into the appropriate section of the EXL audit tool, which is sorted by audit type and by client.Ensure all audit issues are documented in the applicable audit program and audits move through the audit database, SCIO mine as they should.Provide backup assistance to other Audit Coordinators as needed.Comply with HIPAA and other regulations regarding confidentiality of information.Will perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsHS Diploma required. 2 years customer service experienceKnowledge and Skills:Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and OutlooPreferred:Knowledge of pharmacy claims preferredWorking Conditions:Generally good working conditions.
