A Magnet designated acute-care hospital located in central Vermont is now searching for an experienced Licensed Pharmacist Night Shift to join their accredited healthcare team.

The Licensed Pharmacist will join a service line that strives to deliver superior medication-related care that enhances excellent patient outcomes. Under limited supervision, the Licensed Pharmacist will assume a variety of clinical and distributive functions and will act as an integral part of the Pharmacy team. The Licensed Pharmacist will be expected to monitor and evaluate drug therapies, and resolve or prevent potential or actual drug related problems. The Licensed Pharmacist will join a team of 15+ experienced acute care hospital Pharmacists. This is a Night Shift position, 9:00pm-7:00am.
Requirements Include:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Pharmacy
- Bachelor of Science degree or Doctorate in Pharmacy preferred
- Vermont Pharmacy License
