Essential Functions:

  • Partners with other business units such as Pharmacy, Clinical Hub, Account Management, etc., to ensure delivery of quality and timely customer service
  • Implements/deploys operational enhancements to optimize team performance, and to increase customer satisfaction
  • Reviews call analysis with Manager & Director
  • Looks for process improvement opportunities and presents corresponding proposals
  • Participates in call calibration sessions
  • Participates in interviewing, training, and hiring new employees
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Education/Learning Experience:

  • Required: High School Diploma
  • Desired: Bachelor’s degree


    Work Experience:

  • Required: 2+ years of experience in a Call Center Environment
  • Desired: Pharmacy Technician experience.
