A Day in the Life
The IAM Cyber Info Assurance Analyst is responsible for processes and tasks within the Identity Lifecycle and Governance (IDLG) solutions related to workforce Identity Lifecyle and Governance areas. This role will be responsible for access management for applications, systems, and resources and managing the access review processes including preparing and executing quarterly review process, communications, and completion activities.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Provision and de-provision access across multiple platforms and system environments
Act as an escalation point for security problems not resolved by the IT Service Desk
Ensure compliance and adherence with corporate security controls and standards
Analyze and resolves problems with user and/or data access. Proactively identifies basic security problems and presents/develops solutions
Participate in data clean-up efforts with direction from management. Performs Active Directory data updates and normalization
Assists with Role mining/development activities where necessary
Partner with audit regarding SOX controls and access review processes/execution.
Partner with application owners to evaluate current access reviews and integrate with Access Review system.
Prepare and execute quarterly reviews and oversees process, communications, and completion activities for reviews
Assist/troubleshoot issues with access review system
Provide high level support for issues in the SailPoint ISC (Identity Governance/IG), related system integrations, or other IAM systems.
Participate in the development and maintenance of the IDLG systems/workflows that manage the access reviews and lifecycle processes
Analyze data and provide key metrics for Identity, Lifecycle & Governance (IDLG) processes.
Assist in developing and publishing policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines based on knowledge of best practices for IDLG processes
Communicate effectively with team members, internal stakeholders, and management
Responsibilities may include:
· Bachelor’s degree / University degree
· 3+ years of IT experience
· Familiarity with ITSM tools (E.g. ServiceNow)
· Experience with Identity Governance platforms and processes
· Demonstrated understanding of user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access control concepts
· Working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, AWS, Linux/Unix, CyberArk, Splunk,
· Foundational knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting
· Previous experience in access certification
· Experience with Excel, PowerBI, and other analytic software.
· Strong communication skills
· Strong problem-solving skills and techniques
· Ability to establish and revise processes/documents based on new and changing security and governance requirements.
· Demonstrated knowledge of information security policies, standards, and/or governance controls in complex computing environments.
