A Day in the Life
We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Senior HR Manager to lead the transformation of our Turkey organization. This is a critical role responsible for elevating the employee experience, embedding a high-performance mindset, and acting as a strategic partner to business leaders. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the organizational culture, driving engagement, and accelerating business outcomes through people
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to the Country Manager and leadership team, providing strategic counsel on all people matters including org design, culture, change management, and performance enablement.
- Culture & Engagement: Champion a growth-oriented, bold, and inclusive culture. Design and execute initiatives that enhance employee engagement, motivation, and belonging.
- Business Partnership: Develop deep partnerships across functions. Understand business priorities and align HR strategies to drive performance, agility, and innovation.
- Talent Development: Lead succession planning, leadership development, and talent pipeline strategies. Identify high potential and design programs to fast-track development.
- Organizational Agility: Foster a culture of speed, decisiveness, and adaptability. Proactively manage changes and help teams thrive in ambiguity and transformation.
- People Advocacy: Be a reliable and empathetic partner for employees. Serve as a culture carrier and ethical compass, ensuring fairness and psychological safety.
- Digital & Data Savvy: Leverage tools such as Power BI, HR analytics, and AI-driven platforms to make data-informed decisions and automate HR processes.
- HR Operational Excellence: Oversee local labor law compliance, employee relations, and policy implementation. Continuously improve HR processes and service delivery.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Experience:
- 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in FMCG, healthcare, or similarly fast-paced, performance-driven industries
- Strong background in business partnering, culture transformation, and organizational development
Mindset & Capabilities:
- Bold, decisive, and solution-oriented
- Highly agile, adaptable, and thrive in dynamic environments
- Strong leadership presence with a bias for action and innovation
- Collaborative, empathetic, and able to influence at all levels
Digital Proficiency:
- Fluent in Power BI, digital dashboards, and HRIS platforms
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools and technologies for efficiency and insight
Languages:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Preferred Background:
- FMCG experience with organizations such as PepsiCo, Nestlé, Unilever, or similar
- Proven track record in leading HR transformation and culture shifts
- Exposure to regional or multi-country operations is a plus
