Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Updating and maintenance of document archive/repository
- Management of tender extensions and renewals, following tender award
- Management of tender awards administrative documentation
- Management of Excel tracking sheets supporting supply order processes
- Handling of pre-information orders, downloadable from public administration portals
- General support to Tender Contracts team on day-to-day activities
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Good Italian language skills (spoken and written)
- Good English language skills (spoken and written)
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good organizational skills, ability to work with deadlines/priorities
- Knowledge of main MS, IT tools and systems
