A Day in the Life
As the Product Marketing Specialist for the Acute Care & Monitoring (ACM) business, you will play a key role in driving growth of the Peri-operative Complications portfolio across the Benelux and Nordics sub-cluster. You will partner closely with regional sales teams, OEM Managers (Original Equipment Manufacturers), NWE Market Development, internal business support functions and Western Europe Marketing to execute impactful marketing strategies and ensure successful adoption of ACM innovations.
Your responsibilities will span product launches, marketing campaign strategy & execution, competitive intelligence, and management of congress and promotional activities. You will report to the Marketing Manager and are expected to travel regularly.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Create & execute local marketing strategies and product launches to accelerate adoption of ACM innovations
- Partner with sales teams to provide product, clinical, and marketing support across key accounts
- Lead planning and delivery of regional campaigns, congresses, and customer engagement activities
- Develop and adapt promotional materials, ensuring consistent messaging and compliance with brand & local country regulatory standards
- Monitor campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage budgets, logistics, and supply-related priorities.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and/or marketing within the medical device industry (preferably monitoring, diagnostics, or surgical)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong administrative and execution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; curiosity and aptitude for emerging AI and automation tools
- Excellent presentation and communication skills; fluent in English, French and Dutch proficiency beneficial
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
