A Day in the Life
Join our Disputes Team within US Operations in Prague and gain hands-on experience in resolving customer issues and supporting financial accuracy. You will collaborate with internal teams such as Customer Service, Credit & Collections, and Logistics to ensure timely resolution of disputes and contribute to process improvements. This internship offers an opportunity to develop your analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic, international environment.

Internship details:
• Start date: January 2026
• Duration: 6 months (with possibility to extend for another 6 months)
• Working hours: 20 hours per week
• Working model: hybrid (2 days in the office)
• Location: Prague
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
• Support the investigation of customer discrepancies and assist in follow-up actions.
• Prepare and review documentation for issuing credit or debit notes.
• Help maintain accurate dispute records in SAP (accounting system) and internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal business partners (Customer Service, Credit, Logistics) to resolve queries.
• Contribute to process improvement and reporting activities.
Required knowledge:
• Currently enrolled in a university degree program in Business, Economics, Finance, or Management.
• Fluency in English (at least B2 upper-intermediate level) with strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Eager to learn and develop in a corporate environment, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and a collaborative approach.
• Able to work independently with guidance.
Would be a plus:
• Previous exposure to administrative or financial support tasks, with an interest in continuous improvement and data analysis.
• Curious and analytical approach.
• Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate.
