As a Clinical Specialist, you are required to support the sales team by providing technical assistance in the operating theatre, ensuring surgical procedures are conducted smoothly through the provision of relevant product knowledge.
The incumbent will be responsible for supporting surgeries in private hospitals by scrubbing in to manage company instrumentation, as well as assisting in restructured hospitals by guiding nursing staff on the proper handling and usage of our instruments.
Additionally, the role includes the preparation and delivery of in-service training sessions for customers, ensuring that all training materials and curricula remain current, accurate, and aligned with best practices.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
To support surgeries that requires in-depth knowledge of the instrument and products.
Able to troubleshoot service and provide technical support to end users.
Deliver in-service and basic applications training at hospitals, seminars or whichever such activity of the sales cycle.
Pre sales and post sales 
Perform in-service for demo and evaluations
Liaise with Hospitals functional departments; Doctors, Nurses, Radiology, Facility, Purchasing and Biomedical department to get the system installed and working order
Train and educate end-users on equipment usage and maintenance
Provide application and technical training for and end-users
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma witha minimum of 6 years relevant experience; or Associate Diploma with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience
Preferably 2 years of experience in OT or medical device & Pharma industry setting
Scrub nurse or previous sales experience in medical device will have added advantage
At least 2 to 3 years’ service experience in medical equipment experience preferred 
Ability to function well under pressure and expand effort to meet schedules and deadlines 
Systems are primarily used in the operating room, so healthcare/surgical setting experience is preferred
Highly organized with ability to be flexible, multitask and prioritize multiple assignments
Awareness of regulatory guidelines and radiation safety is preferred
