A Day in the Life
This is an exciting opportunity for a high-potential, analytical, proactive candidate to join the US Rebates Team. This position will focus on Cardiovascular Portfolio rebate initiatives in a collaborative environment that values your insight, encourages continuous learning, and promotes innovation.
This role as a Rebates Analyst is integral for delivering customer value, driving revenue, and ensuring that Medtronic meets its contractual obligations for a defined Operating Unit (OU) or Portfolio. As a key member of the US Rebates Team, you will support the objectives of the Americas Region by ensuring that only customers who achieve sales targets receive additional value.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Lead and collaborate on initiatives across the organization to drive efficiency in rebate programs, processes, tools, and systems.
Maintain existing recurring semi-automated reports including issue Log summary, calcs completed log, daily Vistex request download, and others as assigned.
