A Day in the Life
La beca se desarrollará en el departamento de Pricing & Tenders.
Las funciones a desempeñar correspondientes a la beca ofertada son:
Dar de alta concursos en las diferentes herramientas del departamento (Vendavo y Eurydice)
Preparar cartas y documentación relacionada con concursos
Actualizar herramientas del departamento (Pricing Tool, Vendavo…)
Gestionar prórrogas de concursos
Actualizar documentación de concursos que va caducando
Revisar si los contratos de rebate están firmados o no
Ayudar al equipo de concursos a preparar los concursos
Gestión de Datos del Repositorio de Contratos
Requisitos:
Nivel medio-alto de inglés ( Lectura: Nivel B2/C1) / Escritura: Nivel B2/C1/ Conversación: Nivel B2/C1)
Paquete office Alto (Excel, Power Pint, Word).
Valorable conocimientos de Power BI.
Experiencia previa: No requerida.
Estudios Mínimos: Grado
Tipo de Licenciatura/Grado: Económicas, ADE , Derecho, Marketing, Health Sciences

Convenio de prácticas
Duración: 12 meses (prorrogables + 6 meses)
Jornada Completa
Horario: flexible 7:30-10:00 a 16:00-18:30. Viernes y meses de verano jornada intensiva
Presencialidad oficina: mínimo 2 días/semana
Localización: Madrid
Ayuda al estudio de 1000€ brutos/mes + Ayuda Comida (Tarjeta Ticket Restaurant)
