A Day in the Life
Virtual Academy (VA) team aims to advance Medtronic T&E footprint in order to improve customer engagement, expand reach, deliver tailored content and transform T&E through introduction of virtual solutions as well as empowering our employees with the necessary skills.
This regional role in VA, Training & Education Digital Expert will be responsible for the effective, high-quality operation of the Training and Education (T&E) ecosystem for customer trainings, with a focus on data management, content development and LMS/CMS (Learning/Content Management System) management in the region.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Assess training gaps and discuss training content needs for each OU (Operational Unit) periodically, co-develop and follow up annual content development plans to create BLP’s (Blended Learning Pathways) and other training materials
- Instructional design and creative digital content development capability
- LMS/CMS management for digital content
- Training data management, reporting
- Tech savvy, with good understanding/experience with AI practises in T&E
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field, experience in Pharma, Medtech would be preferred
- Able to work with minimal supervision managing large projects or processes
- Provides/Implements solutions to problems
- Strong communication skills, able to negotiate with others to reach understanding or agreement, and influence decision-making.
- Self-driven personality, highly motivated to learn and develop
- Reliable team member, collaborator
