The position introduction is clinical support in the field of Cat labs & follow up patient's clinic support. As a Technical Consultant within the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) unit you maintain and develop business with all customers in Israel. In the field of Relationship Management, it will be your task to build strong and lasting relationships with interventional cardiologists, surgeons and other hospital staff. We expect you to be the clinical/technical go-to person for Medtronic CRM products and drive Medtronic’s product loyalty by demonstrating the value of our solutions to hospitals.
Information about the working set-up: working hours from 08:00 AM (in the cat lab field) until 17:00 PM , also afternoon time might be around 2 time per month, weekends only for supporting emergency cases or congress . reporting location local commercial site in Israel, business specifics travel for courses – 4 level & for specific training & education, congress might be 1 per year.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Responsibilities on Pacemakers implants procedure support , diagnostic device & defibrillator's
- Supporting all logistic aspects before & after the implants
- Reporting to MDT customer care the implants
- Responsibility on inventory & order the device before the implant
- Include the core responsibilities – supporting implants & patients follow up clinics
- An explanation to a given name of Medtronic device/technology - Cardiac Rhythm management to be involved in clinical devices support like pacemakers, defibrillator solutions & diagnostics devices with follow up patient's clinics support
- Ensures the implementation of therapy promotional / sales programs in conjunction with marketing communication, education, clinical and training, practice enhancement, and reimbursement. In this function the CRM First Line Sales Manager cooperates with the European marketing team members
- Builds strong and lasting relationships with key decision makers and those influential in the purchasing process to enhance the Medtronic Brand and Image.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- First Degree in Engineering, Life-science, Marketing, Business Administration or Biology or another relevant, advanced degree
- Certified paramedic
- Good technical skills & ability with good communication skills
- Previous experience in medical device or pharma where sales execution is a key for success.
