At NewYork-Presbyterian Queens, our Ultrasound department is equipped with cutting-edge technology, including eight state-of-the-art Philips IU22 sonography units and newly renovated, patient-friendly suites in both the Women’s Imaging Center and MRI suite. What You’ll Do
As a Per Diem Ultrasound Technologist, you’ll play a vital role in providing accurate diagnostic imaging while ensuring a positive patient experience. You’ll balance technical precision with compassionate care, performing assessments and producing optimal imaging results that support superior clinical outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as an Ultrasound Technologist in a hospital setting
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Ultrasonography
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
- Proficiency in Sonographic Imaging Equipment
- Understanding of Radiologic Technology principles
