As a Nurse Administrator you will plan, coordinate, and direct activities of Clinical Nursing Service to ensure effective department management and quality of patient care in compliance with regulatory requirements and established standards of care. This is a Per Diem Evening Shift position (4PM - 12A) with at New York-Presbyterian/Queens Hospital in Flushing, Queens, NY.
Preferred Criteria
Demonstrated leadership skills as a charge nurse
Previous leadership position/experience
Active membership in professional organization
Certification in Nursing (clinical or administrative , strongly preferred)
Required Criteria
3+ years of acute care RN experience
Master's Degree in Nursing or a related field
Current New York State RN license
ACLS, BCLS and PALS certification through AHA
