BASIC SUMMARY:  

This role will support the basic planning and all logistics efforts for our project training efforts.  This will include working with a Training or OCM lead to understand the training approach and curriculum, building the calendar, managing site logistics and scheduling sessions.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Create training calendar based on curriculum, number of users and scheduling needs
  • Communicate and schedule training sessions
  • Manage updates or questions from end user population
  • Coordinate with sites to book rooms, resources or other materials
  • Organize training materials packs and help to distribute (via email or through a printing service)

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education:  Associate’s degree (A.A. /A.S.) or equivalent in related field
  • Experience:  Minimum two years’ experience working in an administrative function supporting training coordination and planning activities.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
  • Certification/Licensure:  N/A
  • Other:  Must have the ability to learn quickly, communicate effectively and be very detail oriented.  Must also be able to prioritize, utilize MO365 tools and be very knowledgeable using Microsoft Outlook, sending and managing invitations

     

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Must regularly operate a computer and occasionally operate other office productivity machinery such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
  • Must regularly communicate with employees/customers; must be able to exchange accurate information.
  • Must occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

     

    WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • General office working conditions.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.

     

    Comments:

  • May require occasional domestic or international travel.
