Description
We are seeking energetic and talented individuals to help identify and quality opportunities. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team to help build relationships and provide great customer service. You will be on the front end of an inside sales team where your contributions have a direct impact on the company's overall success. Individuals applying for this role must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest and qualifying prospects.
Responsibilities:
Identify and understand your client's business needs
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Manage a pipeline of prospective clients to maintain on-going sales funnels and projections
Learn the sales cycle and pharma industry trends, utilize knowledge to educate clients
Utilize CRM to maintain and expand your database of prospects
Develop an understanding of Bonita's target market, best practices for successful and product knowledge
Qualification:
Strong phone presence
Experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Basic computer skills
Patience and strong listening skills
Previous customer service experience
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM (preferred)
