This 200+ bed community hospital has multiple campuses for emergency, outpatient, and specialty services. This well-respected acute care facility has a Gold Seal of Approval from the Joint Commission as both a stroke and hip and knee surgery center.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Inpatient Pharmacy Director will provide administrative and clinical oversight for inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services. The Director of Acute Care Pharmacy will lead a dedicated team of 20 FTEs consisting of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff. The ideal candidate has several years of progressive leadership experience in acute care settings and have a strong track record of implementing process improvement initiatives.
