The Hospital Pharmacy Director will oversee all pharmacy services and operations. The Pharmacy Director maintains oversight of fiscal planning, employee relations, and regulatory compliance for their department. As the department leader, the Director will assist in training staff members, developing/editing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements.
The Inpatient Pharmacy Director will serve as a mentor for new and existing staff. The ideal candidate has a background in hospital pharmacy leadership and is passionate about being an effective leader for their team.
