**Position description**

The Pharmacist provides quality pharmaceutical care through the accurate interpretation and dispensing of medication orders and clinical involvement with providers, allied health staff and patients regarding medication therapy decisions. The Pharmacist provides guidance to the technical staff in the department.

This 7-on7-off inpatient pharmacist role includes overnight central pharmacy and emergency response coverage one week a month and one week of central/decentral hospital pharmacy coverage.

**Qualifications**

Graduate of an accredited Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy Program. License to practice Pharmacy in Wisconsin and if applicable Minnesota.

**Additional qualifications**

Prior experience through an internship or employment as a Pharmacist preferred. Demonstrates excellent organizational skills. Able to tolerate high stress levels and frequent interruptions. Utilizes mature, independent judgment.

**License or certification**

License to practice Pharmacy in the State of Wisconsin and Minnesota if applicable or eligibility for licensure.
