Description
The Home-Care/Pharmaceutical Account Sales Representative will be responsible for all aspects of developing, managing, selling and growing the portfolio of services within assigned territory.

The Home-Care/Pharmaceutical Account Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new clients and growing existing business with healthcare providers and/or long-term care facilities.

Meet or exceed sales quotas for home care, companionship and geriatric care management services in the specified sales territory by generating and closing qualified leads.

Visiting with potential referral sources out in the field, meeting with prospective clients to ensure purchase decisions, obtaining all necessary onboarding paperwork for new clients, and assisting in the transition of such new clients to the ongoing care team.

Pursue potential referrals through face-to-face meetings, networking groups, and online tools.

Develop and enhance relationships with local healthcare professionals in hospitals, post-acute care, and/or long-term care facilities through in-person visits, correspondence and other activities.

Build outstanding customer experiences by engaging in active dialogue to understand the customer's needs and delivering appropriate resources and relevant information to influence appropriate use of services.

Communicate effectively with office staff and the ongoing care team to ensure a positive outcome for the client.

Additional responsibilities include partnering with Managed Healthcare Services and Senior Care Account Executives in order to develop business relationships.

Requirements

Minimum 1 years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals.

Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills.

Demonstrated performance and results orientation across multiple career assignments.

Proficient with the selling process, inclusive of local managed care dynamics and patient support programs.

High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust
