Scope of Position:

Support the Global Information Security organization by leading various projects sponsored by the organization. Ensure projects are effectively executed, tracks progress against milestones and drives to closure. Acts as key interface with internal customers and external vendors to maximize project success.


Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Lead various department projects and drives to completion; acts as the key interface with internal customers and/or external vendors to maximize project success (on time and on budget).

• Spearhead global and regional training and awareness activities; manages the creation, development and production of new training modules; acts as the primary contact for vendors and HR workforce development team; manages translation process and ensures QA testing of new training material on CLC.

• Lead execution of GIS projects to support change management/communications strategy; develop and execute development, production and distribution of required collateral material.

• Perform financial analysis, tracking and forecasting to meet organizations budget

• Develop, measure and track Global Information Security metrics; create dashboards for corporate and BU/Staff reporting, corporate councils and ensure alignment with GIS objectives.

• Act as a back-up to manage the GIS website; ensure content is current, linkage to other intranet sites are valid, create content, track traffic to site and make recommendations for improvement.

• Develop sustainable processes for global deployments such a distribution process for project collateral material and/or communications to the global workforce.

• Lead and manage the annual GIS Ambassador Summit program; develop program agenda, manage all logistics, secure internal sponsors and external presenters.


Travel Requirements:

• Some travel maybe required (domestic only)


Education and Experience:

1. Bachelor's in Business, Marketing or Communications

2. 1 - 3 years of experience in logistics, project management and/or marketing communications

3. Experience leading cross functional teams a plus


Required Skills:

1. Strong project management skills with ability to assess priorities and able to manage multiple assignments moving them forward in tandem effectively and efficiently

2. Strong communication skills

3. Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented; excellent follow-up and trouble shooting skills.

4. High skill level with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

5. Experience with web-based tools and interfaces

6. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines
