Finance Analyst II, FRP:

General Requirements:

• Global mobility within rotation, potentially each year, and for end role

• 3 year commitment to the rotational program

Required Years and Area of Experience:

• 2-3 years of external audit, financial accounting, and/or other financial experience required

• Big 4 Experience preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in: Business, Economics, and/or Finance or equivalent

• Master’s degree in related area preferred

• Certifications desirable (e.g. CPA, CMA, CFA, etc.)

• Six Sigma Green belt/Black belt certification – a plus Technical Skills:

• Data analytics software experience (ACL, IDEA, etc.) desired

• PeopleSoft and/or SAP experience desired • Cost accounting/manufacturing experience desired

• Strong computer skills; proficiency in Excel / PowerPoint required

• Sarbanes-Oxley knowledge required


• Successful track record of performance in a Finance role

• Attention to detail, accuracy, process-oriented and organized a must

• Ability to analyze and interpret data and link to business implications required

• Demonstrated excellent communication (including presentation) skills

• Excellent problem solving capability required

• Data driven problem solving capability

• Ability to work independently

• Successful track record of continuous process/product improvement

• Interest in working in different Finance function areas

• Comfortable working on their own and in groups
