Field Training Intern 

 
  
  

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The primary responsibilities of this role, Field Training Intern, are to: 

 

  • Keep abreast of the current trends in the pharmaceutical industry;
  • Stay current on the latest clinical information related to the brand;
  • Plan, develop and deliver training and development programs that align with product strategies to the field force. This includes building Level 1, Level 2, advanced training and POA training as required;
  • Communicate and interact with Sales Consultants, Management Team, Marketing Brand Planning, Medical and others as appropriate regarding changes, upgrades and training curriculum;
  • Build FAQ’s and other training based on needs of the Sales organization;
  • Analyze training materials and makes recommendations for improvements or enhancements;
  • Effectively partner with all internal stakeholders to ensure training meet the needs of the organization;
  • Foster a learning environment that focuses on adult learning principles and ensures ongoing development and retention;
  • Ensure all materials are LMR (Legal, Medical and Regulatory) reviewed and approved.
  • Work closely with the LMS team ensuring home study and continuous learning materials are assigned appropriately and completed;
  • Manage projects and resources ensuring vendors meet timelines and deliver appropriate materials;
  • Serve as a strategic business partner with the Brand and Managed Market Teams.

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree;
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Project management skills/experience;
  • Very good computer skills with experience in MS Office suite.

     

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Experience with learning management tools and/or web-based training.
